People who come to my workshops fall in to one of 3 categories:Hostages – ‘I was sent by my boss and I don’t want to be here’
Tourists – ‘Who cares? It’s a day out of the office’
Explorers – ‘I’m curious and open-minded to learn something’
The reality is that this is true for all workshops – everywhere. My job is to make sure that everyone learns and knows how to apply what they’ve learned back in the office, in a way which will work for them. How do I do that? By helping you identify what’s the priority for the programme; and giving me the context to make it resonate for the audience. I’ll give you the subject matter expertise relevant to your needs and nothing else.
